What To Expect

Children ages 5-10 have fun and learn in these FREE Children’s classes led by highly educated Psychology Students specializing in child development.

Classes begin with mindful movement including mindful walks and/or yoga play so we can shake our sillies out! Children then participate in a mindful craft with a developmentally appropriate theme of the day to help children identify emotions, a sense of self and/or learn effective communication. We wrap up class with yoga story time to peacefully settle into the rest of the day.

  • Social Emotional Learning

    Children’s classes are facilitated by highly educated Psychology Students specializing in child development. Classes include developmentally appropriate activities to help children identify emotions, learn effective communication and connect with their inner superheroes!

  • Art & Play

    Through a combination of art, crafts and play, Children learn to express themselves and communicate with one another in healthy ways. Be sure your child is dressed to get messy while they let their creativity bloom!

  • Mindfulness & Yoga

Children and Teen Club Classes run concurrently with adult yoga classes. We encourage parents and guardians to get some self care time of your own while your kiddos learn and grow together!

To register your child(ren) for our FREE classes please create an account using their first and last name and your email address +1. For example, if your email address is email@gmail.com, then your child(ren)'s account would be registered under email+1@gmail.com.

COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS

We greatly value the safety of your Child(ren). To ensure that we are doing all we can to protect them from the spread of Coronavirus, we have limited class attendance so that children are able to social distance appropriately. Children are required to wear masks throughout the class. UV air filters are run for the entirety of the class and when weather permits, classes are held outside in our outdoor yard area.
