ACCESS BARS

Access Bars is a type of energy healing that focuses solely on the receiver's head. It is similar to acupressure, but much gentler. During the session, the practitioner uses light pressure on 32 specific points on the receiver's head while they lie fully clothed on a massage table.

These points contain the experiences of various aspects of life, such as finances, happiness, sadness, control, dreams, and sexuality, among others. As we gain experiences in these areas throughout our lives, we build filters that govern how we react and experience these events in the future.

By clearing these filters, or deleting past experiences and their associated emotions and traumas, the receiver can experience life more fully. This allows them to enjoy the present moment without giving their past or future that much thought, time, and consideration. Clients report improved sleep, a more peaceful mind, increased relaxation, an improved outlook on life, overall stress relief, space to replenish their body, and increased energy and creativity.

Benefits of Thai Yoga

Meet Corey Happel,

Healing & Holistic Lifestyle Practitioner

Corey turned to yoga as a form of physical maintenance after years of competitive sports and a profession that demanded constant travel. Six years later, after adopting a daily practice and enjoying the physical, mental and spiritual benefits that yoga has to offer, he quit his corporate sales career and became a yoga teacher. Since graduating from Yoga Teacher Training in March of 2019 Corey opened his yoga business, Yoga Bro, and has been providing low-cost private yoga to people who can’t or don’t want to practice in a group format or at a studio/gym.

With the desire for personal growth and the ability to make helping others a viable full-time career, Corey has made heavy investments in related healing/holistic lifestyle modalities such as Reiki, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Bhakti and Mantra, Access Bars and Thai Yoga. Corey can be found leading public group sound bath and yoga workshops at various yoga studios all over Bucks County and the surrounding areas.

At home in Doylestown, PA Corey is a husband and father to 3 teens. He loves walking and playing with his Yorkie-Poo, enjoying nature, listening to mantra music, combining travel with yoga trainings and cooking for the family. Corey’s favorite charitable organization is Hayden’s House, a non-profit organization that provides counseling and retreat services to families who have lost children. Corey loves the opportunity to donate his yoga and sound healing services to this very special group of people.
