Spring Reset: Living in Rhythm with the Season

Spring is a season of renewal—but it’s also common to feel sluggish, heavy, congested, or low in motivation. In Ayurveda, spring is linked to Kapha energy, which can build up if not balanced through supportive daily habits and nourishment.

This collaborative workshop combines Ayurvedic wisdom and functional nutrition to help you gently realign with the season.

Introduction to Chakradance: Freedom – Dance Your Dominion

Explore all 7 chakras in this immersive, embodied workshop, dancing from root to crown. Connect with your energy centers through the resonance of each chakra, honoring the masculine and feminine that reside within every part of your being.

Afterward, we gather for Mandala Art to reflect on the journey and integrate the experience. Cold-pressed juices and light nourishment are provided, and an altar with natural elements helps ground and deepen your connection.

Mindful Monkeys Kids Club

Sundays 9-10am | 6-Week Series

Mindful Monkeys is a FREE, fun and interactive six-week series designed to help children ages 5-10 build emotional awareness, focus, and resilience. Through games, crafts, movement, and mindfulness activities, kids will explore how to notice their feelings, calm their bodies, manage big emotions, and build positive connections.

Each week introduces a new theme, giving children practical tools they can use in everyday life—all while playing, creating, and sharing in a supportive space.

Teen Treehouse

Mondays 7:30-8:30pm | 6-Week Series

Teen Treehouse is a FREE, supportive, judgment-free group where teens ages 11–15 can come as they are, connect with peers, and explore who they want to become. Over 10 weeks, participants will engage in creative projects, meaningful conversations, and hands-on activities that strengthen emotional awareness, resilience, and relationships. Each session focuses on real-life tools for navigating challenges, building confidence, and cultivating healthy connections.

Teens will learn to:
– Boost self-esteem and resilience
– Strengthen communication and set boundaries
– Manage stress, emotions, and social pressures
– Build healthy friendships and self-acceptance
– Explore identity, values, and future goals

Breath of the Forest: A Mindfulness-in-Nature Group at Briar Bush

Join us for a mindfulness-based nature connection group held in the heart of Abington at the beautiful Briar Bush Nature Center.

Take a mindful break in your day, grab your lunch, and join us for a supportive monthly conversation designed to help you feel better in your mind and body.

Led by our Licensed Functional Nutritionist, Tommy Markov, this relaxed, discussion-based group explores simple, realistic ways to navigate stress, improve energy, support your mood, strengthen digestion, build healthier habits, and feel more grounded throughout the month.

Free Monthly Dharma Group

Recovery Dharma is a peer-led, mindfulness-based recovery community that uses Buddhist practices to support healing from addiction of all kinds—substances, behaviors, or patterns that cause suffering. This group is open to anyone seeking recovery, at any stage of their journey.

Hosted by The Phoenix, these gatherings offer a safe, welcoming space to connect, reflect, and cultivate compassion through meditation, shared readings, and optional discussion. The focus is on building awareness, resilience, and connection—both within ourselves and with others.

Free Craft & Connect

Held the First Saturday Monthly | 7:30-8:30pm | FREE

Craft & Connect is a relaxed, supportive space for all – whether you’re in recovery, sober-curious, or just looking for a fun way to spend a Saturday night in a substance-free setting. The goal is to unwind, create, and build meaningful connections with others! Hosted by The Phoenix, this free community gathering invites you to slow down, sip a mocktail, and enjoy simple hands-on crafts alongside open-hearted conversation.

Held immediately following Recovery Dharma, Craft & Connect is open to everyone—whether you attended Dharma or are just stopping by for connection and creativity.
