I have not tested positive for COVID-19.
I am not currently exhibiting or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (for example: temperature at or above 100.4, cough, difficulty breathing, loss of or change to sense of smell or taste).
I have not, to the best of my knowledge, been exposed to anyone who’s exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or who’s tested positive for COVID-19.

In addition, upon entering the center, we ask the following:
That all students, clients and staff use hand sanitizer immediately upon entering.
Pre-registration will be required for all classes and services.
According to CDC guidelines, as long as both Montgomery and Bucks Counties are in the low-medium risk categories, masks are not required for indoor spaces. However, if you are visiting F.L.O.W. for an individual session, please speak with your Provider/Practitioner about their boundaries around mask wearing. All final decisions regarding mask wearing in individual sessions are left up to the comfort level of the Client and Provider/Practitioner. If you and/or your Practitioner feel safer wearing masks during session, we fully support you in doing so. We will continue to provide disposable masks at both entrances for use when needed.
We have taken extra precautions in our yoga studio by temporarily limiting in-person class attendance to 5 students to ensure space for social distancing. As weather permits, classes will be offered outdoors (including children’s classes) and/or in the studio with all 5 windows and studio door open to allow for airflow.
We ask that Yoga students clean and sanitize yoga props after each class using the sanitizing spray provided. Disposable eye pillow covers and bolster covers must be used. We will temporarily be taking yoga blankets out of rotation, but encourage students to BYOB (bring your own blanket) to use during class. Students are also encouraged to bring their own equipment (mats, blocks, etc) if that’s available to you. We offer most of our classes as hybrid classes so if staying home to attend feels safer we’ve got you covered! Feel free to sign up for the virtual option when booking your class. Space for virtual classes is unlimited.
Air purifiers are located in every room (2 in-studio) and will be running at all times while the building is in operation.
To ensure your safety, we are disinfecting high-touch areas throughout the day and have installed UVC Air Purifiers in every room and studio. Additionally, we are staying on top of all the latest recommendations from the local health department and CDC.
Let’s be sure take care of each other by spreading love, not germs.
We are committed to being a safe space for our students, clients and staff. We’re looking forward to F.L.O.W.ing through this new normal by your side.
