This high-protein yogurt parfait is layered with granola, banana slices, chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey. A refreshing and gut-healthy way to start your morning!

 

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • ¼ cup granola (low-sugar)
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions:

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer Greek yogurt, granola, and banana slices.
  2. Sprinkle chia seeds and walnuts on top.
  3. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
