How do I find F.L.O.W.?
2 Hidden Lane, Abington, PA (top of the hill)
Our Abington location is tucked just off Old York Road (PA-611) near Jenkintown — and true to its name, Hidden Lane can be easy to miss.
Important note when approaching from Abington toward Jenkintown:
If you are traveling south on Route 611, you will need to make a U-turn at the Raymour & Flanigan / Trader Joe’s shopping center to safely access Hidden Lane.
From Route 611 (Old York Road):
Travel along Old York Road (PA-611) toward Jenkintown
If coming from Abington, continue past Raymour & Flanigan / Trader Joe’s, then make a U-turn at the shopping center
Immediately after the shopping center, take the first right onto Hidden Lane (it’s easy to miss!)
Look for the pylon sign for F.L.O.W. and Huntingdon Learning Center
Continue along Hidden Lane — 2 Hidden Lane will be clearly marked
From the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276):
Take Exit 343 (Willow Grove)
Follow signs for PA-611 South / Old York Road toward Abington/Jenkintown
Continue south for approximately 3 miles
Make a U-turn at the Raymour & Flanigan / Trader Joe’s shopping center
Take the first right onto Hidden Lane
Follow Hidden Lane to 2 Hidden Lane

On-site parking is available.

Our Abington location is conveniently located along Old York Road (PA-611), just north of Jenkintown.
Important note when approaching from Abington toward Jenkintown:

FLOW will be on your right-hand side as you turn onto Hidden Lane

From Route 1 (Lincoln Highway):
Take Route 1 to the PA-413 / Langhorne–Newtown Road exit
Head south on PA-413 toward Langhorne Borough
Turn right onto Maple Avenue
Turn left onto N. Pine Street
Continue straight — 218 North Pine Street will be on your right
From I-95:
Take Exit 29 for Route 413 / Langhorne–Newtown Road
Follow PA-413 south toward Langhorne Borough
Turn right onto Maple Avenue
Turn left onto N. Pine Street
Continue to 218 North Pine Street, located on the right-hand side

There is a parking lot in the rear plus street parking.
