Upcoming Groups
1Wednesdays 6:30-7:30PM | FREE | Begins October 14th
Join us in a safe, supportive space for healing, connection, and growth after trauma.
The FLOW Forward virtual trauma recovery support group provides a compassionate and supportive environment for individuals who are navigating the effects of trauma and working toward recovery. Led by trained facilitators, the group combines peer support, connection, and practical psychoeducation to help participants better understand their experiences and develop healthy tools for moving forward.
Each group offers an opportunity to connect with others who may share similar experiences, reduce feelings of isolation, and learn skills that can support emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being.
What to Expect
Participants will have opportunities to:
- Connect with others in a supportive, judgment-free environment
- Share experiences and receive encouragement from peers
- Learn about the impact of trauma on the mind, body, emotions, and relationships
- Develop practical coping and grounding strategies
- Explore healthy approaches to emotional regulation and self-care
- Build greater awareness of personal strengths, resources, and resilience
- Learn how trauma recovery can be a gradual process of healing, growth, and reconnection
The group will include a combination of facilitated discussion, peer support, psychoeducation, reflection, and practical exercises. Participants are encouraged to share at a level that feels comfortable for them. There is never an expectation to disclose personal trauma details.
A Space for Healing Together
Trauma can sometimes leave people feeling alone or disconnected. This group is designed to create a sense of community and remind participants that they do not have to navigate recovery in isolation.
You don’t have to tell your whole story to belong here. You simply need a willingness to learn, connect, and take the next step toward healing.
This is a peer support and psychoeducational group for adults 18+ and is not intended to replace individual psychotherapy, crisis services, or other professional treatment when those services are needed.
