Egg & Veggie Power Wrap

A protein-packed egg white wrap loaded with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla, this meal is perfect for on-the-go energy!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • ¼ cup spinach
  • ¼ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • ¼ cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté mushrooms, spinach, and bell peppers until soft.
  2. Add egg whites and scramble until cooked.
  3. Place the mixture in the whole wheat tortilla, wrap it up, and enjoy!
