Superfood Chia Pudding

This overnight chia pudding is made with almond milk, vanilla, and a touch of honey, then topped with berries and cacao nibs. A heart-healthy, omega-3-rich breakfast that tastes like dessert!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey in a jar.
  2. Stir well and let sit in the fridge overnight (or at least 2 hours).
  3. Top with berries and cacao nibs before serving.

 

Why it’s heart-healthy? Chia seeds are rich in omega-3s, which help reduce blood pressure and inflammation.
