Nut Butter Banana Toast – Quick, Easy, & Heart-Healthy Breakfast

A quick and easy breakfast featuring whole-grain toast spread with creamy almond butter, topped with banana slices, chia seeds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. A perfect balance of protein, fiber, and healthy fats!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions:
