A warm, comforting bowl of steel-cut oats, topped with a colorful mix of fresh berries, chia seeds, and almonds. This fiber-rich breakfast is packed with antioxidants and omega-3s to support heart health.

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup steel-cut oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or water)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp crushed almonds

Instructions:

  1. Cook oats in almond milk over medium heat until soft (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with berries, chia seeds, and almonds.
  3. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
