Body & Energy Work
Reiki & Shamanic Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice where a practitioner channels universal life energy to balance an individual’s physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional energies. Shamanic healing emphasizes the necessity of addressing the root causes of ailments at the core spiritual level, involving the patient actively in their healing process.
Shiatsu Body Work & Reflexology
Shiatsu is a non-invasive, healing art therapy originating from Japan, which combines kneading, pressing, tapping, and stretching techniques. Reflexology is a therapeutic practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet and hands.
Thai Yoga
Thai Yoga is a gentle and restorative practice that is performed on a heavily padded floor mat while wearing loose and comfortable clothing. It involves slow, rhythmic movements, gentle stretching and traction, and the use of palming and thumbing along energy lines.
Access Bars
Access Bars is a type of energy healing that focuses solely on the receiver’s head. It is similar to acupressure, but much gentler. During the session, the practitioner uses light pressure on 32 specific points on the receiver’s head.
Sound Healing
A sound bath is an experience that helps individuals relax and meditate. Attendees are surrounded by sound waves generated by traditional and contemporary healing instruments, such as drums, rattles, gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, and stringed instruments.
