In this 8-week virtual series, parents will be led by two therapists through psycho-education and skill-building to add more tools to their parent toolbox. We will read and review the book “How to Talk So Kids Will Listen; How to Listen So Kids Will Talk”.
Investment $25/per parent, partial scholarship option available.
*For parents of children ages 5-14

This will be a grief bereavement group that provides a supportive space for sharing experiences, fostering understanding, and offering peace in the face of grief. It is best suited towards those experiencing grief, and the nature of the grief will be determined by the participants.
Love the atmosphere of the class and the small support group.
