F.L.O.W., an acronym for For the Love Of Wellness, came to life in 2019 by Jamie Nichols, LPC. It was started as a small, private practice therapy office called Open to Grace Wellness. The unexpected COVID-19 pandemic struck, and the world began to change. People began to change. Jamie saw this as an opportunity to expand the support that the practice could offer the community. She saw the need for whole-person, integrative services beginning to rise. People were uncertain about the future, and this was a chance to, not only support them in the uncertainty but help them to thrive even in the face of a global pandemic.
F.L.O.W’s acronym encompasses the heart and soul of what the organization brings to the community. The team at F.L.O.W. strives to empower people within the community to achieve a state of wellness. They work with every individual they serve to achieve their individual and collective fullest potential through healing, connection, and education.
Since F.L.O.W.’s inception, the organization has grown exponentially to become the supportive, holistic community wellness center that it is today.
